RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for the following reasons, please see our return policy:

  • For Factory Sealed Products: If you find scratches, dents, or any malfunctions within 4 days of receiving the product, we will send you a replacement.

  • For Scratch and Dent Products: If you purchased a "Scratch and Dent" product from our store, we will accept returns only for malfunctions.

A full refund will be issued as long as you cancel your order a day before delivery.

RETURN PROCESS 

Please contact store at 416 910 7774 or send an email to sales@appliancebazaar.ca and we will arrange for removal / replacement.

Product Return 

  • Returns accepted with in 7 days
  • Customer provides return shipping charge

  • 20% restocking fee will be applied for product returning unused

  • Product once Pickup/Delivered and installed. Returns will not be accepted 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return] or [exchange]. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your [return] or [exchange]. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
